Phillip E. Bozek, the president of Communication Designs, is a nationally acclaimed corporate consultant and trainer specializing in presentation skills, business and technical writing, interactive training techniques, and meeting management.
Phillip combines considerable business experience and a broad academic background, delivering successful training programs to 3M, Alcon Labs, AT&T, the Departments of Agriculture and the Interior, General Motors, Hughes, Kennecott, Lockheed Martin, Los Alamos National Laboratory, MCI, Novell, Pepsi-Cola, Prudential, Southern California Edison, UCLA, the United States Postal Service, Volkswagen, and many other organizations large and small.
As a senior consultant at an internationally recognized private consulting company, he was that organization's most highly rated and often-requested workshop leader. In this capacity, as Director of Curriculum Development for the Franklin Institute, and as president of Communication Designs Inc., he has developed training programs in presentation skills, meeting management, writing skills, interactive instruction, and time management. He is also the author of 50 One-Minute Tips to Better Communication.
From more than three decades of teaching and training experience, Phillip knows his greatest satisfaction is in "helping people improve -- not only in productive skills, but also in self-esteem." Phillip holds a doctoral degree in literature and linguistics.
