CD Inc. specializes in highly customized training workshops delivered onsite to our clients. Because we tailor our workshops for our clients and use a balanced approach to training, we stand behind our programs with a money-back guarantee of quality and client satisfaction. If, at the end of a workshop, your participants do not agree that we provided good training or met their needs, we will refund our workshop fee.


General Pricing Policies

In general, the price of a Communication Designs' training programs consists of a workshop fee, a nominal cost per participant for materials, and travel expenses. Consultations and coaching sessions are billed at an hourly rate, or at a daily rate plus travel if travel is involved.

If a cancellation of a workshop or other service is necessary between 30 and 15 days of a scheduled date, a 50% charge plus all incurred expenses will be assessed. Cancellations within 15 days will be assessed at 100% plus all incurred expenses.
